The deal between us.

These are the terms under which you can use Quarters. By creating an account, you agree to them. They're written in plain language because we'd rather you actually read them than skim past them and be surprised later.

1. Who we are

"Quarters" is operated by AskHumans, Inc. ("Quarters", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or organization signing up for an account.

2. The service

Quarters is a founder-led CRM. It threads your email, iMessage, and Slack conversations, tracks deals and cadences, and uses AI to draft follow-ups and generate reports. We provide it as-is and make best efforts to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime.

SMS Terms

Quarters Advisor SMS is an optional program operated by AskHumans, Inc. It provides replies to your advisor questions and optional goal, follow-up and meeting check-ins. SMS registration is pending; no texts are sent until registration and phone verification are complete.

Message frequency varies with your conversations and check-in settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must control the number you register. Withdraw a pending request in Advisor settings; once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. For support, contact hello@usequarters.com.

Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This is not an emergency service. See signup instructions and SMS program details and the Privacy Policy.

3. Your account

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

3.2 Account security

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share your account credentials. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing hello@usequarters.com.

3.3 One human per seat

A "seat" means one human using one account. Don't share an account between multiple people — buy multiple seats (Team plan) or multiple subscriptions if you have a team.

4. Subscription and billing

4.1 Plans

Two plans:

• Solo — $25.25/month, 1 seat.
• Team — $50/month flat, up to 4 seats.

Pricing is on the home page and is current as of the date above. We may change prices going forward, but only with at least 30 days' notice via email, and never retroactively for a subscription you've already paid for.

4.2 Free trial

Every new subscription includes a 25-day free trial. You enter a card up front, but you're not charged until day 26. Cancel any time during the trial and you'll never be billed.

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry — if it keeps failing, your subscription will be canceled and your access will be limited until you re-subscribe.

4.4 Refunds

We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If something genuinely broke and we owe you, email hello@usequarters.com and we'll work it out case-by-case.

4.5 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of any taxes. You're responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We don't have a "schedule a call to cancel" wall.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Quarters to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited bulk communication.
• Harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Store or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Violate any law in the jurisdictions where you operate.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software (beyond what's exposed in the browser bundle).
• Scrape, mass-export, or otherwise exfiltrate other users' data.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate Quarters as a service for third parties without a separate written agreement.

If you do any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

7. Data ownership

7.1 Your data is yours

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you upload, create, or import into Quarters — your contacts, deals, conversations, notes, attachments, everything. We don't claim ownership.

7.2 License to operate

You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your data or your account.

7.3 AI processing

When the app generates an AI cadence draft, lookalike report, or similar, we send the relevant context (a few recent messages, the contact's name, etc.) to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic doesn't train models on this input. Output is returned to you as part of the product feature. We don't retain the AI inputs or outputs separately from your conversation history.

8. Our intellectual property

The Quarters software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Quarters Labs, Inc. You don't acquire any rights to them by using the service, beyond the right to use the product as documented.

9. Confidentiality

If you share business-sensitive information with us (e.g., during support), we'll treat it as confidential and use it only to help you. If we share roadmap details or unreleased features with you, please don't post them publicly.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep Quarters running and accurate, but we don't guarantee:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% available.
• AI-generated drafts, classifications, or reports will be accurate. Always review before sending.
• Data will not be lost. (We do back up; you should also export periodically.)
• The service will meet every specific business need or expectation you have.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarters Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services — arising out of or related to your use of Quarters.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during that period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quarters Labs, Inc. from any third-party claims arising out of (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party. We'll do the same for you in reverse — we'll defend you against any third-party claim that Quarters itself infringes their intellectual property, as long as you tell us promptly and let us control the defense.

13. Termination

You can terminate your account any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any reason. On termination, we'll give you 30 days to export your data before we delete it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You and we both waive any right to a jury trial.

Before filing a formal claim, please email hello@usequarters.com with a description of the issue. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Quarters after that date constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• You can't assign these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We can assign them in connection with a sale or merger.
• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between us regarding the service.
