How to request SMS access

  1. Sign into Quarters and open Advisor settings → Text your advisor.
  2. Enter your US mobile number.
  3. Read the disclosure, SMS terms and privacy policy. Check the optional SMS consent box, which starts unchecked.
  4. Select Request SMS access. Your request is saved in your account. You can withdraw consent from the same settings at any time.

Requesting access does not verify your number or turn on delivery. Phone verification will be required when SMS becomes available.

SMS program terms

Updated September 26, 2026. These terms cover the optional Quarters Advisor SMS program operated by AskHumans, Inc. You must control the mobile number you register. The program is for Quarters users communicating with their own advisor.

Messages and frequency

When activated, the program sends replies to your questions and optional goal, follow-up and meeting check-ins. Message frequency varies with your conversations and schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Use of Quarters without SMS remains available.

Stop or get help

Withdraw your request in Advisor settings now. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. You can also contact hello@usequarters.com for support.

Delivery and your information

Delivery depends on your carrier and connectivity and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This is not an emergency service. We retain your consent record and use service providers to operate messaging. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
